As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail to discuss various options on how to finalize your order which may include, but is not limited to, switching to alternative models that are in stock, continuing with item that is backordered and provide updates as to when it will be in stock and delivered, or providing a refund.
